West African Vocational Education (WAVE) is solving what is arguably the biggest challenge on the continent: youth unemployment. In West Africa, 40-85% of youth, more than 50 million, are either unemployed or underemployed. Meanwhile, job creation in the region is on the rise. Job Title: Female Fitness Center Manager
Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Summary
- This role is quite strategic, the ideal candidate will be required to serve as a middle man between the CEO, COO and the board of directors as well as the customers, vendors and other stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Purchase materials, plan inventory and ensure efficiency
- Daily operations of the center in order to improve performance, productivity, efficiency and profitability through the implementation of effective methods and strategies
- Manage partner staff to improve performance and procedures
- Ensure marketing achievements are effectively utilized to increase profit
- Work with the COO, CEO, and board of directors to determine values and mission, and plan for short and long - term goals
- Ensure visitors and employees are entering a clean and safe environment that meets health & safety standards as set by the company as well as local rules and regulations at all times
- Purchase materials, plan inventory and ensure efficiency
- Appraise partner's performance in line with client's expectations and center's standards
- Provide strategic input into the company, setting your team's future up for growth and success
- Build alliances and partnerships with other complementary service industry
- Deliver consistent performance against set targets on key customer satisfaction measures and carry out daily / weekly reviews.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and training in Business management and similar experience
- Health and safety training is an added advantage
- A minimum of 3 years experience with at least 2 years in similar positions especially in the hospitality industry; Restaurant, hotel or a similar business
- The candidates who will be considered for the job must live on the Island, must be willing to work 6 days a week, 8 am to 7 pm (could be slightly longer because the Center manager will ensure the center is opened and closed.

Salary
- N100,000 - N150,000 monthly.
- Premium Health package will be given
