Description
- OTP internet technology is a fin-tech company that allows customers to access loans anytime and anywhere via an online process.
- We're looking for a Secretary / P.A to aid smooth running of company operations.
Responsibilities
- Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls.
- Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the manager/executive.
- Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation.
- Organising events and conferences.
- Reminding the manager of important tasks and deadlines.
- Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence.
- Managing databases and filing systems.
- Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems.
- Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients.
- Collating and filing expenses.
- Performing other duties as assigned by the manager.

- Discretion and trustworthiness as private information will be readily available to you.
- Flexibility and adaptability.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Organisational skills and the ability to multitask.
- The ability to be proactive and take the initiative.
- Tact and diplomacy.
- Communication skills.
- Microsoft package skills.
- Candidates with OND are encouraged to apply.
- Candidtes who reside around Mushin, yaba, surulere, ojuelegba, Onipanu and Oshodi axis are preferred.
Salary
N40,000 - N50,000 / month.
