Job Title: Operation Manager

Job Details
- Manage and supervise the day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of installing and servicing HVAC projects and service agreements.
- Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices
- Formulate strategic and operational objectives
- Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability
- Purchase materials, plan inventory, and oversee warehouse efficiency
- Implements quality assurance programs/procedures to ensure customer satisfaction and to strengthen customer relationships.
- Fosters a culture that ensures excellent customer service by confronting issues openly and quickly, and resolving customer complaints/dissatisfaction.
- Manages Project Managers, Supervisors, and Technicians and assesses training needs by selecting training programs for team members.
- Challenges others to develop as leaders while clarifying roles and responsibilities.
- Participates in all programs relating to performance evaluations and career development planning
- Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs
- Improve customer service by attending to customers complaint about the product and services
Requirements
- Degree in Business, Operations Management or related field
- Candidate must have 5- 6 years of work experience in a similar role
- Proven work experience as Operations Manager or similar role
- Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
- Experience budgeting and forecasting
- Familiar with business and financial principles
