Job Title: PMC Principal Process Engineer (Significant Refinery Experience Plus Utilities)
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Contract
Duration: One Year Fixed Term Contract (staff or contract basis)
Details
- Our client is seeking an experienced Principal Process Engineer to perform PMC activities on a major integrated refinery FEED.
- The individual will be responsible for all process engineering activities on behalf of the client team.
Key Responsibilities
- Review process simulations, PFDs, UFDs, Heat and Material Balances
- Review Piping and Instrumentation diagrams
- Review process equipment datasheets, instrument datasheets
- Review relief and blowdown studies, PSV load scenario analysis
- Review flare network and flare radiation calculations
- Act as a subject matter expert for process related issues
- Responding to process based clarifications from client team and engineering contractor
- Review and preparation of lessons learnt
- Review of change requests
- Knowledge of design codes and industry standards for area of expertise.
Requirements
- Degree in Process / Chemical Engineering
- 15+ years experience of working with a major EPC Contractor or Operator
- Refinery project or operations experience PMC experience
- Chartered Engineer
- Must be willing to travel.
Remuneration
Negotiable and based upon experience.
