Job Title: PMC Principal Process Engineer (Significant Refinery Experience Plus Utilities)

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Contract
Duration: One Year Fixed Term Contract (staff or contract basis)

Details

• Our client is seeking an experienced Principal Process Engineer to perform PMC activities on a major integrated refinery FEED.
• The individual will be responsible for all process engineering activities on behalf of the client team.

Key Responsibilities

• Review process simulations, PFDs, UFDs, Heat and Material Balances
• Review Piping and Instrumentation diagrams
• Review process equipment datasheets, instrument datasheets
• Review relief and blowdown studies, PSV load scenario analysis
• Review flare network and flare radiation calculations
• Act as a subject matter expert for process related issues
• Responding to process based clarifications from client team and engineering contractor
• Review and preparation of lessons learnt
• Review of change requests
• Knowledge of design codes and industry standards for area of expertise.

Requirements

• Degree in Process / Chemical Engineering
• 15+ years experience of working with a major EPC Contractor or Operator
• Refinery project or operations experience PMC experience
• Chartered Engineer
• Must be willing to travel.

Remuneration
Negotiable and based upon experience.
