We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Success Executive

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Communicating with subscribers to understand their needs and explain product value.
  • Building relationships with subscribers based on trust and respect.
  • Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate subscribers needs fulfillment.
  • Collecting and analyzing data to learn more about subscriber behavior.
  • Keeping accurate records pertaining to inventory and and subscriber activities
  • Maintaining updated knowledge of company products and services.
  • Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes.
  • Identifying industry trends.
  • Acting as a customer advocate with a focus on improving the buyer experience.
  • Develop and implement retention strategies of current subscriber base
  • Onboarding new subscribers
  • Tracking subscribers behaviour to Improve on user-experience.
  • Inventing new products to improve user experience for both subscribers and users.
  • Prepare and submit progress reports at agreed intervals.
  • Developing subscribers communication processes and content
  • Guide customers on product usage while driving customer self sufficiency.
  • Solicit client feedback on product features and capabilities.
  • Ability to Lead and direct a team of people.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 5 years work experience.
  • Previous customer-facing experience at a high-growth company
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, results-oriented culture.
