Job Description
- We seek to hire an experienced business development executive responsible for customer retention, new business development, and acquisitions within a specific geographic area to achieve steady and profitable growth.
- You will identify the needs and demands of our clients and sell accordingly.
- The goal is to build good relationships to ensure growth, increase sales and enhance our firm's reputation.
Responsibilities
- Promote the company's products and services to potential customers.
- Recognize your clients' demands and devise strategies to meet them.
- Prospect for new clients and turn those leads into more business.
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Ensure client's satisfaction by listening to their needs promptly, providing solutions, and building a good relationship for referrals.
- Identify key stakeholders in client companies to cultivate profitable relationships.
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
- Handle daily, weekly and monthly reconciliation issues with customers.
Requirements
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field
- 3+ years experience working as a Business Development Officer
- Proven sales track record
- Entrepreneurial mindset and can-do attitude
- Excellent use of Microsoft Office Applications
- Strategic thinker with strong research orientation
- Good Negotiation and Networking skills
- Excellent customer management skills.
Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 monthly.
