Job Title: Senior Sales Executive
Locations: Abuja (FCT), Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Brief
- The job holders shall be responsible for selling the company’s products by carrying out marketing and networking activities.
- Overview function shall be key account management, sales & marketing, attending to existing and prospective customer’s inquiries for the establishment of new businesses.
- Expected to meet established weekly and monthly sales target
- Client Key Account Management
- New account generation
- Client retention management
- Carry out market research/ feasibility studies for reporting and market intelligence to foster sales.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any relevant field
- A minimum of 5 years offline Sales/Telesales experience
- The candidate should have proven sales experience in the real estate industry
Skills & Competencies:
- Good Customer Service etiquettes
- Passionate about sales & marketing
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Negotiation skills
- Vast knowledge in selling different varieties of high ended products
- Basic proficiency in the use of MS Office Suites.
Compensation & Benefit
- Salary: N180,000 - N250,000 monthly.
- Very competitive & negotiable (Inclusive of commission per sales) and other benefits.
