Job Title: Executive Director (Real Estate, High-End Properties)

Location: Yaba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the planning, organizing, and directing of the organization's operations and programs.
  • Ensure liquidity and fund mobilization.
  • Source for high network of individual to participate in project financing.
  • Maintain a sound project financing strategy.
  • In-depth knowledge of blue print and stay in tune with the execution of blue print in a luxury brand.
  • Implement companywide policies, allocating company resources, giving constructive feedback to management, and developing a market strategy.
  • A strong leadership personality to engage and to see to performance of other employees.
  • To have knowledge of property law, law governing property development from start to finish.
  • To be abreast with both local and international high-end properties.
  • Develop and implement strategies for a sound B2B, B2G performance.
  • Maintain a financially viable company at all times
  • Provide inspirational leadership and direction to all staff members, and ensure the continued development and management of a professional and efficient organization
  • Coordinate future investments in the company together with board of directors.
  • Managingcompany assets, optimizing financial operations, providing leadership to all staff
  • Establishing business goals, ensuring law compliance, advising the board ofdirectorson organizational activities, overseeing and streamlining daily operations of the company’s high-end properties
  • Responsible for steering the organization andmanagingits operations.
  • Create complete business plans for the attainment of goals and objectives set by the board of directors
  • Build an effective team of leaders by providing guidance and coaching to subordinate managers
  • Ensure adherence of the organization’s daily activities and long-term plans to established policies and legal guidelines
  • Forge and maintain relations of trust with shareholders, partners and external authorities.
  • Act as the public speaker and public relations representative of the company in ways that strengthen its profile.
  • Review reports by subordinate managers to acquire understanding of the organization’s financial position
  • Devise remedial actions for any identified issues and conduct crisis management when necessary.
  • Provide valuable insights when creating business action plans.
  • Be the face of the organization and use external presence and relationships to develop and nurture new funders
  • Spearhead strategic and long-term planning for programmatic growth and impact
  • Overseeing tasks assigned to the development management team Represent the organization at international meetings, conferences and events to advance progress of the organization.
  • Help to create an environment that supports a strong network of corporate investors.
  • Ensure the organization remains in current best practice.

Requirements

  • At least 15 years working experience in project financing of luxury properties.
  • Must have at least MBA Degree from a renowned university.
  • Ability to apply successful fund mobilizationand networking techniques
  • Must have a strong network of corporate investors.
  • Proven experience as executive director or in other managerial position
  • Must have an excellent business strategy
  • Must be able to soure for high network of individuals and corporate investors to participate in project financing.
  • Must be sound with project management and project financing.
  • In-depth knowledge of blue print and stay in tune with the execution of blue print in a luxury brand.
  • Should have a good knowledge of local and international property experience.
  • Very good in B2B, B2G performance with verifiable result.
  • Good knowledge of property law, real estate, estate management governing property development.
  • Must have a strong leadership personality.
  • Must be able to increase the liquidity level of the organization.
  • Develop, strengthen and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to facilitate effective business operations across the business industry
  • In depth knowledge of corporate governance principles and managerial best practices.
  • Strong understanding of corporate finance and measures of performance
  • Experience with sales of luxury properties and a proven track record.
  • Excellent communication (oral and written) and public speaking skills
  • Must havea vision to put the company’s goal into a long-term view.
  • In depth knowledge of how the company operates
  • Great critical thinking skills
  • Has exceptional public speaking skills
  • Ability to create a strategic plan.
  • Must be an active contributor to the company’s growth and be confident.
  • Must posses high Integrity and honesty.
