Job Title: Business Development Manager

Job Description

  • Monitor, evaluate and, expand existing portfolios to deliver budgeted revenues, EBIT, Market share and,profit margins.
  • Develop and manage new business opportunities to expand market share and enhance revenue budget within the agreed timelines.
  • Identify specific needs of new businesses and develop cost-efficient solutions to address needs.
  • Monitor the design and development of new solutions and support the deployment to address the unique needs of customers.
  • Drive the sales and deployment of new solutions to the trade and obtain sufficient buy-in from both existing and potential clients.
  • Develop and train the sales team to identify new market opportunities focusing on increasing overall sales.
  • Organize the inputs of Sales, Technical, and Finance in the bidding process to ensure a successful outcome.
  • Identify and partake in sales workshops, training, conferences with key players in the industry and muster sufficient in-roads to pitching solutions to identified needs.
  • Liaise with external affiliates to establish types and timing of biddings for TELCOs, Government Agencies, Oil & Gas companies, Banks, and other Multinationals’ projects.
  • Gather sufficient market intelligence on activities of TELCOs, Government Agencies & Parastatals, Oil & Gas Companies, Banks, and other Multinationals and adopt viable strategic options to bid and win deals and contracts regularly.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification with 5 - 10 years work experience.

Salary
N200,000 - N500,000 / month.
