Overview
- We are seeking to recruit a good Customer Service Executive, who is intelligent, innovative, self-motivated and goal oriented who will interact with patients, process orders and provide information about the company’s products and service.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in achieving the strategic goal of the business by providing a world class service experience to clients.
- They are also to ensure the highest level s of client engagement by demonstrating professionalism and competence in dealing with products and services enquiries, clients concerns and feedback.
- They are also to present brand image by acting as a first point of contact for existing and potential client’s.
Requirements
- B.Sc in Social Sciences or any relevant field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Profiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Result driven and passionate about client engagement, retention and brand management.
- Must demonstrate high level of ownership and attentive to details.
- Flexible and willing to accept a change in priorities as necessary.
- Persistence to follow through on given tasks.

Salary
N60,000 - N70,000 Monthly.
