We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Patient Experience Officer

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the facility to provide a friendly and warm atmosphere.
  • Provide patients or families with information on some of the department’s services, procedures and protocols.
  • Determining the nature of care needed by patients and direct them to the concerned healthcare professional and or appropriate investigation room.
  • Responds to patient inquiries regarding the services offered by the unit/facility/organization.
  • Provide feedback to patients, handlers, accompanying persons or family members regarding their concerns and complaints.
  • Ensure coordination of communication between patients and medical team.
  • Perform crisis intervention duties with a view to facilitate resolutions and escalate same after all efforts to higher authority.
  • Suggest improvements in a bid to make the system more efficient.
  • Engage, motivate and meet monthly with each PEO to review performance status.
  • Efficiently and accurately type and produce written and dictated radiological reports within established standards
  • Maintain a high standard in discharge of duties within Radiography Services

Qualifications

  • Educational Requirement: Bachelor's Degree from a reputable institution in the country
  • Field of Study: Business Administration focused on customer service
  • Minimum of 1 year work experience in a similar capacity.
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office products required, including Word and Excel and good computer appreciation skills
  • Proficiency in Computer navigation and Microsoft programs such as Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
  • Proficiency in typing, with a minimum of 40WPM.
  • Working knowledge of medical terminologies.

Additional Information:

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office programs.
  • Solid experience in title insurance underwriting, curative, and claims.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Outstanding organizational and time-management skills
