Job Title: Relationship Officer
Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Mobilize deposit from customers for both investment and savings
- Generate loans for potential and existing customers
- Developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
- Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts
- Cross-sell and upsell banks products to existing customers
- Operate as the primary point of contact for assigned customers
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with account holders.
Requirements
- B.Sc / HND qualification in Sales and Marketing
- 3 years relevant experience in a financial institution (previous experience in payment, loan and investment is an added advantage)
- A fluent English speaker with exceptional communication skills-Oral and Written
- Understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Track record of exceeding sales targets
- Great at report writing and keeping accurate records
- Computer Savvy.
