Job Title: Support Personnel

Job Summary

  • We are looking to hire the services of a qualified and experienced Support Personnel with apt knowledge of the Bizflow Platform and outstanding customer service skills. The ideal candidate must be tech savvy and must have exceptional interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers and clients.
  • Onboard customers on the BizFlow platform.
  • Escalate technical issues to the development team.
  • Follow up on customers to ensure their experience using BizFlow is seamless.
  • Attend to and ensure customer complaints with regards to BizFlow are resolved in the shortest possible time.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and oral).
  • Excellent people management.
  • Ability to remain calm under customer pressure.
  • Must be proficient in word document.
