Job Description
- We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager who will be responsible for supervising and organizing the sales team.
- The sales manager will be in charge of managing organizational sales by developing business plans, meeting planned goals, and coordinating the marketing department on lead generation.
Responsibilities
- Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence
- Manage the recruitment of sales officers, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
Requirements
- Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Must reside in the locations stated
- Must be well experienced in sales of Solar Energy.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Strong business sense and industry expertise
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
