We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Administrative Officer
Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Manage office supplies stock and place orders
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company.
- Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes.
- Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations.
- Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints.
- Coordinate and monitor the activities of drivers and ensure that the company’s vehicles are always in good conditions.
- Oversee maintenance activities of the company’s vehicles.
- Oversee maintenance activities of the company’s motorbikes and ensure they are always in great working condition.
- Organize and supervise other office activities as required.
- Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned.
Requirements
- B.Sc Degree from a reputable university
- Minimum of 2 years work experience
- Proven work experience as an Administrative Officer, Administrator or similar role
- Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)
- Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Candidates should reside within Lagos Island.
