We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Administrative Officer

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Manage office supplies stock and place orders
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company.
  • Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes.
  • Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations.
  • Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints.
  • Coordinate and monitor the activities of drivers and ensure that the company’s vehicles are always in good conditions.
  • Oversee maintenance activities of the company’s vehicles.
  • Oversee maintenance activities of the company’s motorbikes and ensure they are always in great working condition.
  • Organize and supervise other office activities as required.
  • Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned.

Requirements

  • B.Sc Degree from a reputable university
  • Minimum of 2 years work experience
  • Proven work experience as an Administrative Officer, Administrator or similar role
  • Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)
  • Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Candidates should reside within Lagos Island.
