Job Title: Marketing and Sales Manager
Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Requirements
- B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication or any related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working as a Real Estate Officer, Marketing Manager, Sales Manager within the real estate industry.
- Minimum of 2 years in leading a team.
- Experience in strategy development within Properties & Real Estate Development.
- Proven track record of sales.
- In depth knowledge of current trends within the real estate industry.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Exceptional skills managing an organization social media community.
- Confident communicator with strong analytical skills.
- Proven leadership abilities.
- Ability to build and maintain highly effective working relationships with a range of people (both internally and externally).
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic, high-performing team.
- Strong organizational and project management skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
- Enthusiastic, diplomatic and an overall passion for excellence.
- Excellent attention to details
- Excellent work ethics.
Salary
- N100,000 - N250,000 monthly.
