Job Title: Marketing and Sales Manager

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Requirements

• B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication or any related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience working as a Real Estate Officer, Marketing Manager, Sales Manager within the real estate industry.
• Minimum of 2 years in leading a team.
• Experience in strategy development within Properties & Real Estate Development.
• Proven track record of sales.
• In depth knowledge of current trends within the real estate industry.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Exceptional skills managing an organization social media community.
• Confident communicator with strong analytical skills.
• Proven leadership abilities.
• Ability to build and maintain highly effective working relationships with a range of people (both internally and externally).
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic, high-performing team.
• Strong organizational and project management skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
• Enthusiastic, diplomatic and an overall passion for excellence.
• Excellent attention to details
• Excellent work ethics.

Salary

• N100,000 - N250,000 monthly.
