Job Overview

  • Because we are growing, we are seeking a vibrant individual who is able to identify, engage with, and develop high-value partnerships.
  • The best candidates will have a strong understanding of partnership marketing and affiliates with a track record of managing high value relationships, as well as a clear understanding of how to articulate a business opportunity with Impact

Responsibilities

  • Innovatively create strategic lead lists and manage your pipeline.
  • Utilise cold outreach to new prospective partners when necessary.
  • Build partnerships and sell to new businesses that align with our strategic objectives.
  • Uncover and develop new commercial opportunities.
  • Building strong relationships with all relevant stakeholders as their trusted product expert and responsible for regular client business reviews, presentations and identifying business.
  • Working with partners across various sectors to pitch value propositions to accelerate growth and revenue. 
  • Identifying sales and business development opportunities.
  • Ability to analyse the above and plan and strategize

 Specifications

  • B.Sc / HND in Business / Social Sciences or equivalent.
  • 3 - 5 years Partnerships & Affiliates' Experience.
  • A proven track record of success with examples. 
  • Strong capacity to build relationships both external and internal.
  • Verbal and written fluency in English (other languages are desired).
  • Commercially astute with bottom-line focus.
  • Highly developed influencing skills and the ability to manage both upward and downward effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and spoken.
  • A self-starter with the ability to thrive in fast paced and pressurised environments.
