Job Title: Personal Assistant

Location: Nigeria

Job Description

  • We require a passionate Personal Assistant to handle a variety of executive assisting and administrative tasks.
  • The personal assistant will assist with daily operations of office and company such as files management, travel arrangements, customer service, customer relations, advertising relations, design relations and logistics planning.
  • Working hours can be flexible (Monday to Saturday)
  • This position will require occasional traveling within or outside the Country.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Arranging travel, visas / accommodation and occasionally travelling with the manager to take notes or dictation at meetings or to provide general assistance during presentations
  • Reminding the manager / executive of important tasks and deadlines
  • Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence
  • Managing internal and external correspondence on behalf of senior management.
  • Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
  • Maintaining calendars for executives and upper management
  • Dealing with incoming email, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf of the manager
  • Carrying out background research and presenting findings
  • Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff.

Job Requirements

  • Education: Graduate with Minimum of First Class Degree.
  • Experience: 10 years of related experience
  • Highly responsible, organized, able to work independently, and pay keen attention to details
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to responsibly make decisions in the absence of clear instructions
  • Ability to prioritize tasks in order of their importance
  • Capable of anticipating and responding efficiently and professionally to client needs
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills.

Technology Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft packages including: Microsoft Excel, Office word and Power-point.
