Job Title: Personal Assistant

Goals
The Personal Assistant independently carries out all secretarial and Administrative tasks within assigned unit with given guidelines and set goals. He/she must have good business knowledge of the airline industry (both local & international).
General Task and Functions
Dependent on the assignment focus the tasks include the following:
- Dealing with incoming email and letters, and screening telephone calls.
- Input country specifications data for Airline Accounting Centre (AAC)
- Organising travel arrangements, equipment needs, accommodation etc. for senior executives and staff.
- Update credit limit list for customers / travel agents and ensure that given limits are not exceeded
- Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations.
- Organising and attending meetings, and ensuring the manager is well-prepared for meeting.
- To assist in monitoring the HR accounts for staff, Expats and local management.

Qualification (training, knowledge, skills)
Technical competencies
- A degree in Linguistics (French, German or Spanish)
- Experience of 4yrs and above as a PA or Executive secretary
- Complete commercial training and several years of work experience in the commercial field
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office products, if SAP knowledge is available better (but not a must)
- Ability to write and speak any of these languages ;French, German or Spanish
- Excellent Business knowledge of the airline industry (international & local)
