Job Title: Head, Performance Analysis and Automation

Duties and Responsibilities
The Candidate will work in the Executive Office and be required to:

  • Conduct Business Reviews
  • Conduct Industry Benchmarks exercises
  • Lead Strategic Orientations
  • Lead Boost and Correctives activities
  • Support AOP and Budget exercises;
  • Lead Automation/Digital initiatives for more efficiency and better experience:
  • Set Commercial Review Governance (Forum Attendees and Decks)
  • This is a high-profile and high-value job function requiring a candidate with broad organisational and technical skills, particularly in the telecom industry.
  • The candidate will also be required to work with other support staff in the director's office to prepare official presentations, technical papers, undertake projects/assignments that would require meetings with internal and external stakeholders and track or report on meeting outcomes and execution status.

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Experience

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree (minimum of Second Class) in Finance or a Numeric discipline from a reputable university.
  • An MBA from a reputable institution is also an added advantage
  • Preferred candidates should have proven experience with a minimum of 7 years relevant experience in the Telecoms/ISP/Technology vendor industries
  • Minimum of 20 years cognate experience with at least 7 years at Senior Management level.
  • Excellent knowledge of the Telecom Industry along with strong finance and marketing background with exposure to sales offers an added advantage
  • Excellent communication skills (oral, written and presentation)
  • Excellent analytical capabilities and interpersonal skills
  • A can-do attitude, strong leadership, and organizational management skills.
