Job Title: Sales and Account Executive

Job Summary

  • Assist with the development of the company’s business activities.
  • Be responsible for building a business by identifying and selling products; maintaining relationships with clients.
  • Ensure retention of the profitable business portfolio.

Responsibilities

  • To identify business opportunities by evaluating prospects and the company’s position in the industry, researching and analyzing sales options.
  • Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects, recommending solutions.
  • To Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
  • Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
  • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
  • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
  • Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails.
  • Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales.
  • Advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions.
  • Creating detailed proposal documents, often as part of a formal bidding process that is largely dictated by the prospective customer.

Qualifications / Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or any of the humanities.
  • 2 - 3 years of sales and marketing experience in the ICT environment especially selling CISCO, Microsoft, Security products, etc.
  • Cognitive marketing/business development experience is preferable
  • Proven experience as a sales executive or sales in a relevant role.
  • Language proficiency.
  • Presentation Skills.
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
