Job Title: Regional Manager

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are actively seeking for an experienced Regional Manager that serves as a Head for AutoBidMaster Nigeria.
  • This position will be responsible for leading, planning and implementing all aspects of ABM’s products and services, providing market insights, thought leadership and meeting business objectives.
  • The ideal candidate will be a positive, efficient, professional, and motivated, who has led a variety of sales and operations teams contributing to operations efficiency and revenue goals.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Prepares quarterly and annual financial statements and P&L analysis for Nigeria
  • Manages and supervises Nigeria based employees and is responsible for day-to-day supervision and leadership
  • Maintains and oversees all operational procedures and processes
  • Identifies and communicates automotive industry trends in Nigeria with the executive team
  • Recruits, hires, and trains regional sales staff for regional or territory growth
  • Participates in developing and implementing quality and superior customer service standards
  • Participates in marketing activities regionally to attract business opportunities
  • Meets financial objectives set by the executive team by forecasting sales, developing annual expenditures, analyzing, and initiating strategy adjustments.

Education and Skill Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business field preferred, but not required
  • 5+ years of experience in leading sales teams and customer support, automotive industry preferred
  • Proven analytical skills in market analysis and trends
  • Excellent project management skills, team oriented and great communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
