Job Summary
- The holder is responsible for evaluating and predicting sales trends for the organization in order for us to optimize sales opportunities. Drawing up detailed sales reports, setting up sales follow-up or close-out meetings for senior management, and making informed suggestions for how to improve company market share.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Business Process Auditor & Change Manager
- BID / Tender & Contract Analyst
- Analysis and Co-Develop Sales Closeout strategy for each RFQ / BID received
- Maintaining a safe and secure work environment; office management and administration.
- Communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.
- Develop Sales Plan by-product, economic, and value proposition for each client
- Identify key interfaces in Sales Tunnel from Prospecting through Implementation
- Develop recovery strategy to guide company in all interfaces including Operations and Business Support Team
- Drive targets through strategy and positioning
- Guide sales team efforts via information dissemination tactics
- Analysis and guide sales forecasts, collect and analyze data to evaluate current sales goals.
- Understand and identify failure factors for business processes
- Market & Product Analysis
- Evaluating business processes and anticipating requirements, uncovering areas of improvement, developing and implementing solutions
- Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
- Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
- Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings
- Performing requirements analysis
- Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts
- Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management
- Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports
- Working closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff
- Providing leadership, training, coaching, and guidance to all staff.
- Allocating resources and maintaining cost efficiency.
- Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements
- Performing user acceptance testing
- Managing projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance
- Updating, implementing, and maintaining procedures
- Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements
- Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users
- Managing competing resources and priorities
- Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects
- Ensure, sustain and maintain business relationships with all clients.
- Develop relationships with architects, consultants, specifiers, and key influencers.
- Analyze, develop, implement and follow up on business development approach for end-user groups.
- Assist in the development of sales targets and forecasts for the sales team.
- Recommend changes to current business techniques, procedures, or growth base on market research and new trends.
- Use available past sales data to determine trends in sales.
- Assist in the evaluation of departmental performance
- Schedule five high-level sales meetings for top management per week.
- Create sales evaluation reports based on data collected from the TSM team
- Compile and submit a weekly performance report to Technical Director
- Suggest/develop marketing strategies to improve sales.
- Attend and participate in strategy meetings.
- Interface with clients on corporate & business relationship building on a regular basis.
- Attend client negotiation and project meetings
- Organize awareness sessions for Process Drive and strategies
- Any other duties or roles as may be assigned by management
Job Attributes
Qualifications:
- Good Degree in a relevant discipline
- Possession of an MBA is an added advantage
- Must be 35 years and above.
- Successful track record in developing and implementing and following through on commitments
- Strong, decisive, and results-oriented leader.
- Ability to lead, motivate, coach, and teach others.
Minimum Experience:
- 5 years relevant work experience in a similar capacity
Competencies:
- Good knowledge of the fire and safety industry or market.
- Ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Ability to speak confidently and articulately in front of a group.

Travel Time:
