Job Title: Sales Head
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities
- Develop Annual Sales plans and budgets.
- Monitor and control the budget to ensure optimum utilization of resources
- Forecasting annual, quarterly and monthly sales and collection goals
- Adhere to terms of trade in line with organization strategy
- Develop short / medium / long term strategy
- Support to develop and monitor marketing activities
- Oversee sales activities across all channels Pan-Nigeria
- Evaluate appropriate sales techniques and ensure its implementation to increase sales volume for all channels
- Develop and maintain an efficient distribution network to ensure the comprehensive availability of company products and services across the region to achieve or exceed the sales targets
- Establish and ensure that all Sales administration procedures are properly implemented to support the sales teams in their efforts to accomplish the targets
- Provide leadership and support so that staff are well motivated to contribute effectively to the organisation
- Ensure that the region’s KPI’s are achieved
Qualifications / Experience
- HND / B.Sc in Marketing, Humanities, or similar discipline
- 10 to 12 years and above experience in FMCG industry.
- Good understanding of Sales activities and territory management.
