We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Head of Sales and Marketing

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • Growing and developing the in - house marketing team.
  • Develop and execute strategic business development, marketing, customer acquisition and sales plans to expand our market share, customer base, sales targets and brand visibility influence.
  • Build, train and motivate business development, marketing and sales teams to consistently meet and exceed targets.
  • Maintain sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting and training employees. As well as counselling and disciplining employees, planning, monitoring and appraising job results.
  • Set individual sales targets with sales team
  • Track, collate and interpret sales figures and reporting
  • Ensure members of the sales team have the necessary resources to perform properly
  • Plan and direct sales team training
  • Control expenses and monitor budgets
  • Meet monthly target as an individual and as a team.
  • Delivering positive customer experience to a distinguished client base
  • Develop and maintain an up-to-date customer and sales database
  • Receive and incorporate feedbacks from customers to improve personal and business performance.
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
  • Identify legal issues arising from contract or sales document.

Requirements

  • Relevant Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Marketing or Sales or Business Administration or similar.
  • 5 to 7 years of experience within Real Estate / Property Development industry, with at least 3 years at managerial level.
  • Experience in strategy development within Marketing & Sales for Properties & Real Estate Developments.
