Job Description

  • We are looking for a learning & Development manager that is keen to make a difference in a fast-paced consulting environment. It is a customer centric-role, as the post holder will be required to assess customer needs and offered a tailored training programmes to meet the needs of a diverse audience.
  • The post holder will help to develop and lead innovative learning solution that help achieve business solution.

Job Responsibilities

  • Establish relationships with clients to conduct training needs assessments and identify core knowledge / performance gaps
  • Develop long-term strategic plans for growth and expansion.
  • Facilitation of developed modules to address organization and individual performance needs
  • Develop and deliver learning interventions that support clients business objectives
  • Responsible for customer satisfaction and retention, provide periodic business updates to clients regarding services rendered
  • Conduct performance needs analysis to ensure programs address root cause issues and
  • Provide scope for lasting impact.
  • Design and deliver e-learning courses, workshops and other developmental interventions
  • Develop and manage strong mutually beneficial relationships with stakeholders.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum First Degree.
  • 8-10 years in Learning and Development
  • Experience with learning design and execution
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Sharp business acumen
  • Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices
  • Facilitation experience
  • Excellent communication & negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Additional certifications will be an advantage.
