As a result of organization expansion, we are recruiting outstanding professionals to fill the position below:

Job Title: Business Development / Implementation Manager

Location: Lagos Mainland, Lagos

Summary of Responsibilities

  • Partner in the identification, development and implementation of business solutions across a given function to interpret and align global programs to meet unique business and geographic needs when appropriate.
  • Maximize revenue by identifying, selling and executing growth opportunities with assigned strategic partners; includes project management.
  • Identify issues and opportunities, understand trends and provide specialized business management advice to senior management and respective teams while raising industry, external and internal, enterprise and business awareness.
  • Act as a strategic partner to effectively manage own business management area and clarify scope of accountabilities while influencing and aligning others as needed.
  • Continually work to improve the implementation process and client experience inclusive of identifying potential risks and dependencies.
  • Develop business models, terms, and performance targets for partnerships.
  • Leverage existing connections to build and cultivate a deep and trusted network amongst influential decision makers within key target organizations.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum of Master's Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of cognate commercial business development/partnerships experience.
  • Ability to build rapport and engagement with stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
  • Effective partnering skills to build consensus; proven ability to influence peers/stakeholders across multiple groups.
  • Candidates should not be more than 40 years old.
