Job Title: Operation Analyst
Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Identifying operational requirements and opportunities for improvement.
- Gathering information by observing workflows, reading company reports, conducting employee interview.
- Determining appropriate methods to analyze operations, relevant information, and data
- Documenting findings, preparing reports and making recommendations.
- Developing new processes and procedures to enhance operations.
- Working with managers and employees to implement changes.
- Training employees to use new systems or follow new processes
- Determining the effectiveness of new processes
- Establishing and maintaining quality standards
- Deliver a monthly report to management on industry trends and how to maximize those trends by altering company procedures
- Collaborative with sales and operations teams to help find ways to create cost-effective business processes that will attract new customers
- Assess risks associated with tools and equipment, job sites, and work environments within their assigned area
- Updates on current safety hazards based on market research to educate others about avoiding health, safety and environmental hazards
- Monitor incidents of injury, illness, and other situation per branch and ensure that they are documented.
- Ensure each department has an incident register which is updated
- Design strategies to reduce incidents of illness, environmental accidents, and other public safety concerns within the organization
- Design training programs to provide safety awareness education
- Recruit and train new HSE marshal members
- Perform any other duty or task assigned to him by the HHR&A.
Note: There will be added responsibilities as the need arises.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 2 years work experience.

- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi task and prioritize work
- Superior attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent listening, written and verbal communication skills
- Negotiation and conflict management skills
- Ability to make decisions about the best courses of action
- Willingness to learn and grow with the company and motivated to take additional projects
- Comfortable in both leadership and team player role, manage team members, lead meetings, and supervise them
- Self directed and able to work without supervision.
