Job Title: Administrative Manager
Location: Lagos

Job Responsibilities
- Supervising the day-to-day operations of the administrative department and management of fleet.
- Monitoring employees and taking corrective action when necessary.
- Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
- Determine priority of work orders and their assignment to personnel; plan, organize and schedule work flow of employees as assigned; advise and assist assigned personnel; assure timely completion of work.
- Archive records and reports on vehicle maintenance activities.
- Working with the accounting and management teams to set budgets, monitor spending, and other expenses.
- Collecting, organizing, and storing information using computers and filing systems.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field.
- 3+ years experience in a related field, such as management or financial reporting and connection with VIO, road safety plus fleet management, preferred.
- Exceptional leadership and time, task, and resource management skills.
- Strong problem solving, critical thinking, coaching, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with computers, especially MS Office.
- Familiarity with budget planning and enforcement, human resources, and customer service procedures.
