Fadac Resources and Services Limited - Our client is a Holding Company headquartered in Singapore, it operates a diversified business interest that include the largest noodles brand in Nigeria.

Due to expansion, they are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Administrative Manager

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

  • Supervising the day-to-day operations of the administrative department and management of fleet.
  • Monitoring employees and taking corrective action when necessary.
  • Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
  • Determine priority of work orders and their assignment to personnel; plan, organize and schedule work flow of employees as assigned; advise and assist assigned personnel; assure timely completion of work.
  • Archive records and reports on vehicle maintenance activities.
  • Working with the accounting and management teams to set budgets, monitor spending, and other expenses.
  • Collecting, organizing, and storing information using computers and filing systems.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field.
  • 3+ years experience in a related field, such as management or financial reporting and connection with VIO, road safety plus fleet management, preferred.
  • Exceptional leadership and time, task, and resource management skills.
  • Strong problem solving, critical thinking, coaching, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with computers, especially MS Office.
  • Familiarity with budget planning and enforcement, human resources, and customer service procedures.
