Job Description
- The facility Manager will essentially look after all the services that helps a business or other organization do its work.
Responsibilities
- Overseeing and agreeing contracts and providers for services including security, parking, cleaning, technology etc
- Supervising multidisciplinary teams of staff including cleaning, maintenance, grounds and security
- Ensuring that basic facilities, such as water and heating, are well-maintained
- Managing budgets and ensuring cost-effectiveness
- Allocating and managing space between buildings
- Ensuring that facilities meet government regulations and environmental, health and security standards
- advising businesses on increasing energy efficiency and cost-effectiveness
- Overseeing building projects, renovations or refurbishments
- Helping businesses to relocate to new offices and to make decisions about leasing
- Drafting reports and making written recommendations.
- Ensuring occupants/tenants are up-to-date on their payments of rents and service charge
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Management.
Requirements
- B.Sc / HND in Estate Management.
- 3 - 4 years work experience.
- Professional Certification is an added advantage.
- Proven records of having performed similar duties in previous employment.
- Must be able to Drive.
- Must be smart, efficient, technology driven.
Salary
N120,000 - N150,000 monthly.
