Job Title: Facility Manager

Location: Lekki - Ajah, Lagos

Job Description

• The facility Manager will essentially look after all the services that helps a business or other organization do its work.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing and agreeing contracts and providers for services including security, parking, cleaning, technology etc
• Supervising multidisciplinary teams of staff including cleaning, maintenance, grounds and security
• Ensuring that basic facilities, such as water and heating, are well-maintained
• Managing budgets and ensuring cost-effectiveness
• Allocating and managing space between buildings
• Ensuring that facilities meet government regulations and environmental, health and security standards
• advising businesses on increasing energy efficiency and cost-effectiveness
• Overseeing building projects, renovations or refurbishments
• Helping businesses to relocate to new offices and to make decisions about leasing
• Drafting reports and making written recommendations.
• Ensuring occupants/tenants are up-to-date on their payments of rents and service charge
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Management.

Requirements

• B.Sc / HND in Estate Management.
• 3 - 4 years work experience.
• Professional Certification is an added advantage.
• Proven records of having performed similar duties in previous employment.
• Must be able to Drive.
• Must be smart, efficient, technology driven.

Salary
N120,000 - N150,000 monthly.
