Job Title: IT Manager
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Selecting and implementing suitable technology to streamline all internal operations and help optimize their strategic benefits
- Ensure proper alignment of IT strategic plan with the business goals and objectives.
- Determine which IT services should be performed in-house and those to be outsourced
- Develop business continuity strategy and disaster recovery plain
- Collaborate with executive management and business managers to generate contingency and business continuity plans
- Manage IT risks and ensure security of systems / other IT critical assets
- Approve purchases of technological equipment and software and establish partnerships with IT providers
- Oversee the technological infrastructure (networks and computer systems) in the organization to ensure optimal performance
- Direct and organize IT-related projects.
Requirements
- B.Sc Degree with 10 - 15 years relevant work experience.
- Must possess a dynamic mix of soft skills and technical know-how.
