We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: IT Manager

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Selecting and implementing suitable technology to streamline all internal operations and help optimize their strategic benefits
• Ensure proper alignment of IT strategic plan with the business goals and objectives.
• Determine which IT services should be performed in-house and those to be outsourced
• Develop business continuity strategy and disaster recovery plain
• Collaborate with executive management and business managers to generate contingency and business continuity plans
• Manage IT risks and ensure security of systems / other IT critical assets
• Approve purchases of technological equipment and software and establish partnerships with IT providers
• Oversee the technological infrastructure (networks and computer systems) in the organization to ensure optimal performance
• Direct and organize IT-related projects.

Requirements

• B.Sc Degree with 10 - 15 years relevant work experience.
• Must possess a dynamic mix of soft skills and technical know-how.
