Job Title: Human Resources Manager / Legal Adviser
Location: Jabi, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- You will be responsible to design and help implement company policies.
- Research and recommend request performance evaluation method(e.g employee appraisal system)
- Draft legal documents for real estate transactions.
- Monitor legal risks in real estate documentation and advise clients accordingly.
- Represent the company in purchases and sales of properties.
- Address employee requests and potential issues(e.g grievances)
- Hiring and recruiting of employees
- Sanctioning non-compliant staff to company's policies.
- Perfection of legal documents
- Land search at ministry of lands.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a BL / LLB / JD Degree with 2 - 3 years work experience.
- Applicant must reside within Jabi area of Abuja.
