We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Human Resources Manager / Legal Adviser

Location: Jabi, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• You will be responsible to design and help implement company policies.
• Research and recommend request performance evaluation method(e.g employee appraisal system)
• Draft legal documents for real estate transactions.
• Monitor legal risks in real estate documentation and advise clients accordingly.
• Represent the company in purchases and sales of properties.
• Address employee requests and potential issues(e.g grievances)
• Hiring and recruiting of employees
• Sanctioning non-compliant staff to company's policies.
• Perfection of legal documents
• Land search at ministry of lands.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a BL / LLB / JD Degree with 2 - 3 years work experience.
• Applicant must reside within Jabi area of Abuja.
