Job Summary
- We are currently recruiting for an ERP Support Officer, The role envisages working with full diligence to support ERP.
Responsibilities
- Trouble shoot implementation related issues
- Ensure timely support is provided
- Escalate the issue immediately to the reporting Manager if not solved within stipulated period of time
- MIS reports analysis
- Consolidation of reports (group companies) analysis
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 2 - 3 years work experience.
- Proven years of experience working in similar role
- Analytical Skills
- Must be a go getter.
- Communication & Organisational skills
- Strong Interpersonal Skills
- Must adapt self to dynamic profiles of users.
- Full knowledge of the various functions in manufacturing industry.
