Job Summary

• We are currently recruiting for an ERP Support Officer, The role envisages working with full diligence to support ERP.

Responsibilities

• Trouble shoot implementation related issues
• Ensure timely support is provided
• Escalate the issue immediately to the reporting Manager if not solved within stipulated period of time
• MIS reports analysis
• Consolidation of reports (group companies) analysis

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 2 - 3 years work experience.
• Proven years of experience working in similar role
• Analytical Skills
• Must be a go getter.
• Communication & Organisational skills
• Strong Interpersonal Skills
• Must adapt self to dynamic profiles of users.
• Full knowledge of the various functions in manufacturing industry.
