Job Title: Customer Care Representative
Location: Isolo, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Role / Reponsiblities
- Must be able to attend to customers with complaints and questions
- Grant customer access to vitalinformation about products and service
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Meet personal/customer service teamsales targets and call handling quotas
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- redirect unresolvedcases to management for resolutionand provide background information as necessary
Duties
- Must have a good rapport with customers
- Must have verbal and written skills
- Excellent listening skills
- Must have good phone etiquette
- Dedication tocustomer satisfaction
- Basic knowledge of computer software and office systems
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment,
- Ability to convince customers.
Qualifications
- HND
- 1 - 2 years work experience
- Skilled at handling customers effectively and efficiently.
