Job Title: Customer Care Representative

Location: Isolo, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Role / Reponsiblities

  • Must be able to attend to customers with complaints and questions
  • Grant customer access to vitalinformation about products and service
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Meet personal/customer service teamsales targets and call handling quotas
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • redirect unresolvedcases to management for resolutionand provide background information as necessary

Duties

  • Must have a good rapport with customers
  • Must have verbal and written skills
  • Excellent listening skills
  • Must have good phone etiquette
  • Dedication tocustomer satisfaction
  • Basic knowledge of computer software and office systems
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment,
  • Ability to convince customers.

Qualifications

  • HND
  • 1 - 2 years work experience
  • Skilled at handling customers effectively and efficiently.

Salary
N40,000 Monthly.
