Job Title: Van Sales Supervisor

Location: Alimosho, Ikotun and its axis - Lagos
Employment Type: Full - Time

Job Description

  • Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support.
  • Organize and coordinate sales representatives’ schedules.
  • Research potential leads, and ensure they are converted.
  • Recruit, hire, and train new sales representatives
  • Receive and report on all sales leads.
  • Supervise sales scouts and ensure the group target is met.
  • Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics.
  • Supervise sales operations of sales team.
  • Follow-up leads and samples provided by sales team.
  • Build new customer base to maximize sales.
  • Retain existing customers by providing prompt customer services.
  • Supervisor and oversee the maintenance of customer databases.
  • Supervise field marketing and sales force.
  • Analyze field reports and prepare sales documents.
  • Analyze competitor pricing proposals and sales strategies.

Qualifications

  • HND / B.Sc from a reputable Institution
  • Minimum 2 years’ previous experience in sales of FMCG product, 
  • Ability to lead and build a team of Van sales Representative with proven sales results
  • Basic computer skills and tech savvy
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Persuasive and goal-oriented
  • In-depth understanding of company services and its position in the

Remuneration (Monthly)

  • N50,000 Net 
  • N40,000 Conveyance
