Job Title: Sales Executive

Job Duties
- Prospecting different corporate accounts & SMEs
- Setting appointments for visits, arrange demonstrations/samples wherever needed
- Generate leads & convert to deals
- Developing referrals as a good source for leads & deals
- Effectively communicate with prospective customers to identify their needs and assist in selecting the appropriate products that meet their requirements
- Maintaining excellent customer relations
- Increasing the customer base and develop business potential
- Setting up targets based on the annual budget and develop plans of achieving the same.
- Achieving the sales volume and value targets.
- Explore new territories/customer segments and develop them for business for existing and new products
- Ensuring strict adherence to company’s policies on credit, collection, and deliveries.
- Execute strategies, promotional initiatives/schemes effectively
- Timely preparation of reports indicating market trends, new products, competitor activities
- Uses sound judgment even in conditions of uncertainty.
- Minimum 4 days weekly market visit to assigned region/market.
- Need to Travel to different state has and when required by road.
Qualifications
- B.Sc / HND in Marketing or related course from a recognized institute
- 2-5 Years Experience in Field Sales and Marketing.
