Job Title: Loan Recovery Officer
Locations: Abia, Akwa Ibom, Lagos and Ogun
Employment Type: Contract
Job Description
- Keep tracking outstanding debts
- Plan course of action to recover owed money
- Locate and contact debtors at their business point and residence
- Update account status and database regularly
- Comply with requirements when legal action is unavoidable
- Handle customers' questions or complaints
- Negotiate payoff deadlines and payment plans
- Build trust with debtors
- Identify gaps in the system and recommend solutions
Requirements
- A smart OND / HND / B.Sc Holder in any discipline.
- 0 - 2 years of work experience.
- Previous Experience as a field recovery officer will be an added advantage.
- Computer / IT Background.
Renumeration
Fixed Salary and commission
