Victory Empowerment Center Microfinance is a non Governmental organization with prime objective of improving quality of life of the active poor through micro credit facilities.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Loan Recovery Officer

Locations: Abia, Akwa Ibom, Lagos and Ogun
Employment Type: Contract

Job Description

Keep tracking outstanding debts
Plan course of action to recover owed money
Locate and contact debtors at their business point and residence
Update account status and database regularly
Comply with requirements when legal action is unavoidable
Handle customers' questions or complaints
Negotiate payoff deadlines and payment plans
Build trust with debtors
Identify gaps in the system and recommend solutions

Requirements

A smart OND / HND / B.Sc Holder in any discipline.
0 - 2 years of work experience.
Previous Experience as a field recovery officer will be an added advantage.
Computer / IT Background.

Renumeration
Fixed Salary and commission
