Job Title: Customer Support Engineer - NES (North)
Locations: Kaduna, Kano, Katsina, Nasarawa, Sokoto and Zamfara
Employment Type: Full-time
Core, Essential Responsibilities
- Extract value from what we already have by focusing on optimizing processes within the Unit/Department in line with the value creation philosophy. This includes individual contributions and recommendations to improve existing business project/initiative.
- Drive Innovation by identifying and taking advantage of new business opportunities, e.g., by stimulating and encouraging new business opportunities, launch of products, product/process innovation, business model innovation etc.
- Build and maintain relationship with key state/local government officials and other political influencers.
- Sustain the right organizational culture and behaviors by demonstrating the vital behaviours every time.
Duties
- Manage Enterprise customer for technical perspectives
- Manage NES contractors
- Manage internal stakeholders
Creativities (improvement/innovation inherent):
- Ability to leverage relationships in ensuring set targets are achieved on time and within cost
- Ability to harness skills for problem solving and management of unconventional situations.
Requirements
Education:
- First Degree in Engineering or Science related discipline
- Numerical/data analysis skills
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years working experience in data processing, data analysis, and data presentation space/field
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Excel, Power BI, SQL or related database management application and MS Power Point
- Good customer and service management experience including stakeholders engagement, vendor management, problem management, data analytics using visualizations.
Training:
- Report Writing and presentation.
