Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Ogba Ikeja, Lagos

Job Description
- Open and maintain accounts by recording account information
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint
- Determining the cause of the problem, Selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, following up to ensure resolution
- Updating account information
- Receiving calls and attending to customers complain and also proffering adequate solution
- Informs clients by explaining procedures, answering questions, providing information
- Updates job knowledge by studying new product descriptions, participating in educational opportunities.
Qualifications / Skills
- Candidates should possess an HND, BSc with 0 - 2 years work experience.
- Excellent verbal and written Communication.
- Computer Proficient.
- Social media savvy.
- Strong Analytical skills.
Salary
N40,000 - N60,000 monthly.
