Job Description
Channel Management:
- Ensure the accessibility and perceivability of Gossy brands in space of coverage
- Proper Shelving of Gossy Brands in accordance with our classification objective
- Resolve or Escalate channel Issues inside his/her HORECA/Hypermarket/Retail outlets covered and give the board intermittent update on divert performance
- Management of In-store activators connected to HORECA/Hypermarket covered.
Sales Management:
- Directs, arranges, and orders Sales and Collection plan for his/her space of inclusion dependent on accessible HORECA/Hypermarket/Retail outlets.
- Oversee the accomplishment of his/her domain Sales and Collection Target by monitoring execution and recommend intercession that will guarantee we are on track.
- Maintain history of Hypermarkets/HORECA/Retail outlets and asset execution on a day by day, week after week and month to month basis

- Design course for Merchandizers inside the inclusion region and clear Sales KPI for merchandizers effectiveness
- Implement the course to showcase for his/her space of inclusion as planned in the Sales Plan
Other Responsibilities
- Monitor credit consistence of HORECA/Hypermarket
- Follow up on Payment and Inventory Management through the direct Supervisor
- Outlet enrollment, maintenance, and development of their business across the various channels for streamlining and business growth
- Continuously guarantee measures are followed and refined by adherence and proposing methods of improvement
- Work along with Sales Lead in Collaboration with Innovation on the advanced course to advertise as a vital driver of Efficiency and Scalability
- Provides reports of capacities on week by week and occasional premise as might be required as at when due
- Any other occupation that might be relegated by his/her supervisor.
Qualifications / Experience
- Minimum capabilities of OND (Any Discipline) with 2-year relevant experience.
