We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Head, Human Resources and Administration
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Maintain a talent list and lead staff recruitment with background checks.
- Ensure a conducive working environment for every staff member, conduct surveys
- Ensure each staff member has an employment contract and ID card
- Develop and maintain company culture and values.
- Draw up a training plan and continuous professional development for each job.
- Draw up a weekly educational meetings by departments
- Monitor each staff member's performance using relevant metrics
- Draw up staff roster regularly
- Develop and implement a leave policy
- Organize team bonding activirties
- Prepare monthly HR reports and plans
- Work with the finance office, COO, and CEO on payroll, remunerations, bonuses, and helath care.
- Birthday celebrations
- Ensure compliance with tax laws, pensions, and legal requirements.
- Develop and implement employment termination documents.
